Refunds

The time period for returns according to the law is 14 days after the date of purchase.

At our company you have the right (according to the law) to return the products you have bought within 14 days from the date of receipt. In the event that you want to return some product (withdrawal) you will only pay the return cost. To avoid any inconvenience it is recommended to check at the time of delivery of your order the condition of the products and their packaging in order to ascertain any visible flaws (e.g. broken product, wrong product, etc.).

Returns will only be accepted if the products are in the same condition in which you received them, unopened or if the packaging is unharmed, together with the receipt for retail transaction or the invoice. Your money will be refunded within 30 days from the day we receive the products.

Returns will only be accepted if with proven fault of our company you received wrong products or products of poor and faulty quality (mistake in taking the order, in invoicing, in shipping, damaged during the transport, with poor packaging, etc.). The products must be in the same condition in which you received them and their packaging must be unsealed or unopened, together with the receipt for retail transaction or the invoice.

The money refund is done via bank account. To avoid any inconvenience you should carefully check your products at the time of delivery of your order to ascertain any flaws.

It is noted that pictures are indicative and may differ from the actual product. You have to inform us of your intention to return any product. It is noted that products

"In Stock" CANNOT BE returned.
